For weeks now I’ve been wanting to go check out the Farmer’s Market in Summerside.  They have a new location and yesterday was the official opening so I thought “why not?”.  Plus it was raining and we’ve been hanging around the house for the last 2 days…I needed a change of scenery.  So we packed up the girls and headed out.

It’s not a very big market, but there were some pretty cool things.  I picked up a pamphlet for organic farming on PEI.  I’ve been trying to buy more organic food lately and I like the fact that I am supporting local farmers.

I bought the girls each a bracelet and we had some asian noodles and egg rolls..yummm!

mmm…they were sooo good!  gabby loved them!

While chasing after gabby, I noticed a play area for the kids.  I took the girls over and was actually able to sit and enjoy my coffee in peace….ahhhhh!  While sipping my java, I noticed a ladybug and had to take a pic.   I seem to be seeing ALOT of ladybugs lately.

After the market we went up to the mall and browsed around.  Gabby fell asleep of course.  She is such a good sleeper.   She can fall asleep anywhere at anytime!   We are pretty lucky that way.
