Wow, my very on blog!  Just what I need…another reason to be on the computer!! hehe.

I seen a commercial on t.v the other day for PEI tourism and I must say it was pretty funny!  While many islanders head down south to escape the winter, we are stuck here to “tough it out!”. Oh well, It is the first day of April tomorrow (imagine that!) and summer is just around the corner. I cannot WAIT!!!!!

It’s day two of my battle with this cold, and I must say this cold is kicking my a$$. My head feels very foggy, so be patient if my writing is a little out of sorts.  A few friends of mine suggested a shot of “fireball whiskey”. They say it clears the congestion.  At this point, I am willing to try anything!  At the moment I am relying on coffee, soup and cold medicine to keep me upright.  Hot water with lemon and apple cider vinegar helps too!  If anyone can offer other homemade concoctions to pull me thru, PLEASE send them asap! Oh, and for any other cold sufferers you MUST try the vicks kleenex with menthol…they are STELLAR!!!!!!
