The heart of a Mommy

This is all so fustrating, when I 1st called avent they were not even going to tell me there products contained BPA, I had to pratically drag It out of them!!! I have lost so much respect for this company!!! During my 2nd call back they at least told me about it but of course it’s not at harmful levels according to them, who wants to take any chances with there most important thing in there lives, there babies!!! I told them I will not continue to use the bottles cause when it comes to my kids I always air on the side of caution and she was like ok. She also said it is only a problem when heated to high temps with the milk inside, “so dont use hot water or the microwaze to heat the milk” your not supose to use the mirowave anyway duh…. So I ask what about sterilizing bottles and she says its ok cause the milk is not in them when sterilizing, then I ask what about heating up babies milk and she says its ok as long as its only warm water, they seem to have an answer to everything “Including continuing to mantain that there bottles ex… are safe” It is all just so frustrating!!! Avent I am very disapointed in u, to make a product that is not completely safe and than to deny it……

So I took My bottles back to Toy r Us but they wont take back the breast pump ggrrr, so avent has made there pumps so only avent products connect to it. So I took back the bottles and will have to get avent magic cups if I want to use my pump. I really dont feel comfortable using it anymore anyway, but I cant just go out and buy a new one, I just dont know what to do???!!!

Well my mat leave is almost up so I guess it is time to start thinking about what I am going to do for work. If I could truely do what I wanted, I would continue to stay home with my kids, but good old Mr. Green won’t alow that to happen….So what to do!!! The store I was working at closed down but they did say I can go to one of the other store if I want to, just dont know if I do. I have also, thought of other stores close to home, but I just don’t know!!! I will still be breastfeeding so I don’t want to be working long shifts and I need to try to work opposite my hubby in order to make any extra green because child care is so pricey then there would be no point to me working……..So now I am thinking of doing Child care In my home part time, with just 1 or 2 children, I do have lots of childcare experience but have never done it in my own home before. At least this way I could be with my babies, but at the same time I have seen other mothers do it and it looks like alot of work, very tiring, more so than working outside the home!!!  Well I have to make my mind up soon I only have till the end of May then the EI well runs dry………Again I would love to just stay home with my babies but at the time it is not an option.
