DH is still sick. He’s getting worse each day. We are sure it is West Nile. We go to see the DR on Friday to see if the results are back. So we had just finished doing some major packing as we move in two days. And off goes my pager. It sounds like nothing serious…but I’m on my way. Adrenelin running. As always. Talking with partner on route all the things we need to think of on our way. All the different scenerios. On a couple kids get looked over they seem to be ok as well. Go look closer at the scene. OMG my kids were withing 5 feet of everything and where are they? Are they ok? I am reasurred they are doing good. They are in the back. They are not hurt. Ok back to work. Mommy time needs to wait. Time for transport. Get everyone necessary to hospital. Now its time to be a mom. Back to daycare see my kids, and here come the tears. They are OK. All in all No One was hurt. Shoken up a bit yes. But no actuall injurys. It’s going to be night of cuddles around here. I don’t wish this on anyone. Yes it is my job. And yes I would do it again. It’s just a reminder that you can never say I Love you enough.

That’s it I’m done. Anything that can go wrong with the wedding has. Mind you we have been able to pull everything together. But if you look back at in MIL has planned the whole thing. And I HATE 99% of the decisions. But w/e. And now Brad may have West Nile. He’s really sick. My dress was ruined and needed to be re-built…I’m so tired of wedding stuff.

Yeppers FIVE DAYS. We move one week after that. It’s been a whirl wind around here. With work, kids, packing, planing. Kids are all doing pretty good. Hunters ears are infected (the fluid inside anyways) so he’s back on meds. But the tubes have helped. He’s getting all the guck out now which is good. And he can hear finally. Brad was home sick today and possibly tomorrow. What a way to start a new job hey…oh well hopefully he recovers soon….and that his boss isn’t too mad at him. I’m off to bed..it’s late and tomorrow’s yet another busy day ahead of me.

I know I know that sounds horrible. I love him to peices (our wedding is 9 days away I’m so excited). But he came home last night for one night and now I just feel the NEED for him to be home. I was doing so well at first then he came home. I had that one night with him beside me and I want it so much more. He’s home again tomorrow for two nights…but then he’s gone again

I can’t wait until the move is over and I can have him back.

Everything seemed to be on track until they called us last Friday asking for 75% down (above our $500 that we put down on a deposit). I have until this Friday to put it down or they’re canceling us. There is nothing in our paper work that states this. I am so frustrated. We planned on having the money at the wedding. We DON’T have it now. GRRR. I have now called the Hotel Manger and am waiting for them to call back…hopefully they’ll tell me something good for a change.

I really had not put much thought into until today. As a teenage I remember telling myself over and over. I am going to have 4 kids-3 boys and a girl. The girl is going to be either #3 or #4. And there will be twins. There is no twins in my family but I am going to have them. Well here we are today with 3 kids all boys and a set of twins in there. I am still longing for #4 and who knows maybe in 3-4 years I can convince Brad to try ONE LAST TIME and he’ll get his girl…right? For my job/career I was always going to be a paramedic. I didn’t care what it was going to take to get me there, that’s what I’m going to do. While going through different stages in my life, I lost track of that dream. And now look at me. A level 1 paramedic (EMTechnician) just accepted a full-time position and looking into upgrading my skills to make more money. Then the last thing, I always saw myself as the money-maker in the family. And had always said that when the time came to raise a family, as long as I was in my dream profession BF could stay home and be a SAHD if he chose and I would be happy. Well BF has been trying to work. Disabilities-both mental and physical-have gotten in his way sometimes, but he is trying. Today he called after day 1 of his new job. He likes it overal, but his knees might not be able to take it, and he’s not sure he could handle working for this boss. He’s going to give it a three-week trail and we’ll go from there. My thought process - if it doesn’t work, we’ll pull the kids from daycare and he can stay at home with them. So maybe - even though we don’t notice - we do have an insight on our life while we are teenagers. Although my dreams are not complete (but then again, they never should be, you always keep adding cause if you reach for the moon you just might land on the stars), they’re close..and I’M HAPPY. Wow those messed up teenage years are good for something….lol

LOL. My mom made me come to this realization after she called this evening right at supper time, when I have Brad asking me a question and three little ones demanding supper and her first comment is “Did I catch you at a bad time? It sounds like feeding time at the zoo.” So well ya somedays it does feel like we live in a zoo. I take a look around the house is a mess..I am a mess…on the plus side the kids are clean, they had bath night tonight. The twins are in bed well past asleep, and Hunter is working on falling asleep. And when I go to ask myself..what was I thinking I so wasn’t ready for all this…I look up at the wall and see the twins baby pictures…wow they were tiny. And yes I am ready for this. A zoo or not, I still love it.

Trying to get prepped for the wedding, and the move, and new jobs and AHH. Lol there is way to much to do and no where near enough time to do it. And not enough money to hire someone else. So the wedding is coming up in 24 days. We are getting ready. There is still a lot to do, but piece by piece we’re getting there. As for the move…well we do have some boxes packed. But in all reality. We are NOWHERE near ready. LOL. Brad has accepted a new job in Plumbing! He starts July 14th. I am pretty excited for him. Sure having him gone during the week for three weeks before we move is going to be stressful, but we’ll make it work. We always do…and well my CPO family is always good at pulling me through when I need. I have an interview on Friday for an E.F.T. float position based out of Souris. I am so happy. I am pretty sure they will offer me the position as I am the only one whom applied, and they have to fill it. I just have to find out more details about it before I decide to accept it for sure. Overall things are pretty good. We’ve had a rough couple of days with trying to get a lot of stuff pulled together for all the upcoming events. But we’re pulling through.

I am so happy. We move in the weekend after the wedding. Which means we have A LOT going on this summer. But it’s all worth it. The wedding is coming together. With some help of my fellow CPO’ers I’m remembering all the loose strings that I have forgotten. And now the house is all pulling together. I am so excited. Overal the kids are doing well. Brad is still home with his knee injury. But he’s doing a lot of house cleaning and will be helping pack soon so I’m not complaining.

Not saying that it’s any less hectic around here cause believe me that’s the farthest from the truth. LOL. We went house shopping Sunday and found a house! We have till Friday to get the loan settled. Brad goes in tomorrow. Then it’s just the inspections. After those are done and good to go, we get possession on August 1st. I’m so excited! Things here are going well. Brad is still off from work. Hopefully he’ll be going back soon. The kids are doing well. No real changes there. I’m not doing the homework I’m supposed to be doing on my loa yet. But plan is now-go cut grass-go have shower. Wish me luck-it takes a lot to get homework started…it’s so boring.
