    To be honest i really would love to win this for my chocolatey sweet wife.

    To keep the family’s skin healthy as the dad i purchase whatever skin care and hair care products my little princesses and wife desire. And we do drink lots of water and try to keep active :)

    We try not to bath/ shower every day and skip a day- or even two. Depends on the activities, of course. But I firmly believe that North Americans wash too much which interferes with skin condition as well as immunity. My skin is exceptionally dry so I put a little olive oil in the water as well.

    We drink alot of water to keep hydrated, we use lotion to keep our bodies well hydrated and to protect our skin :)
    Those are the two biggest things we do year round to protect our skin :)
    Oh, and we eat a healthy balanced diet with very low amounts of processed & refined sugar foods :) Your skin likes that too ;)

    When I found out I was pregnant I promised myself that it would be healthy living all the way as I wanted only the best for my son.
    I nursed him, always apply sunscreen & eat only fresh food. If it is not (true organic) we don’t use it. The world is full of enough pollutants that my son will have to deal with; I wanted to give him a head start on healthy living.
    As parents we practice what we preach and set a good example, all the while benefitting ourselves.

    My girls are prone to excema (as is most of my family) so we always add a bit of baby oil to their bath water so it is not drying for them to have a fun time in the tub. We use gentle products formulated for excema prone skin and a humidifier when the weather is cold and dry.

    I always put lotion on my son after his bath and put a little bit of vaseline on his face to keep it from getting dry before he goes to bed. And of course using sunscreen, drinking water and trying to eat a healthy diet. :)

    All summer long, we wear sunscreen and all winter we use intensive moisture lotion. Myself in particular, I have dreadful skin in the winter and it has at times cracked and bled. I am constantly moisturizing. Thanks so much for the chance to win!

    We installed a water softener after finding out that our little guy (and daddy) had bad eczema. We also use Vaseline Intensive Skin Rescue cream to keep our skins from over dying!

    I am 52 and my skin is like a 30 year old thanks to Body shop lotions and products. My daughters girlfriend recently stated to her that when she gets older she hopes she looks like me… My girls tell all there friends to take care of there skin and that wish will come true : ))

    My daughter (whose 9 months old) and I because of our excema are using the bodyshop’s Buriti baby body Butter & loving it. I also drink water like its going out of style. Bevause of our fair skin I tend to hang out in the shade & use a sunscreen all year long.

    I moisturize morning and night, and after each bath or shower, from top to bottom. I did the same with my both my baby boys. I can’t get my hubby to do the same, but he always says he doesn’t need it. I would not go to bed without moisturizing.
