Surviving…

Nayeli - 2m

No worries….I’ve already slapped the back of my hand…. I’ve been a bad blogger…*hangs head in shame….

but i’ve been busy…It’s summer, and soo nice outside, and my garden needs tended. I’ve planted corn, cucumber, tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, onion, beans, beets, pumpkins & squash, sunflowers, strawberries, & so much more…And yes when the time comes i promise to share *Toothy grin

An Update:

Nayeli is growing like a weed… she’s doubled her birth weight (Yay!)  and almost caught up to her 2m older cousin… And she has a new cousin(s).. All four girls have been born… Amelia~ March 5, Nayeli ~May 5, Brooke~ May 11, & Sara~ June 1… I can’t wait till christmas…

I went back to court…And this time my Lawyer did his (it’s gonna cost you) job… And we found out that in order to claim undue hardship he MUST a) have a standard of living lower then I do (my 12 a year to his 53 doesn’t work) and b)have a good reason for his wife not to work (he has two healthy children… and a job that subsidizes daycare) The judge also had something to say about his deadbeatness, and his lousy excuses…which he’ll get to read when he gets a copy of the transcripts…*Evil Grin (or Satisfied Smirk even)

So this means he’s stuck paying $544 a month instead of the $200 he wanted…I’ll have to take a restraining order out against his wife the next time they come home…I’m willing to pay that price.

Bonus ~ MEP finally caught up to this Invisable Man (His cape must need repaired)…So i got a $3000 cheque from the NS govt, cheques of $544 for a year, and a bonus bonus of a monthly $80 + from the Canadian Forces…(his wages have been garnished *again EG/SS) I’m richer then i thought… I guess the scotiabank was right… too bad I’m forced by this D*ckHe*d to give most of it to my lawyer…*Deep breath…repeat Karma mantra

Sidenote ~ I NIP with no shame… and refuse to give my LO a plastic replacement… So when it came time to go to court i didn’t even think about pumping so she could be watched by someone else…. I thought the judges eyes were going to fall out of her head when she noticed i was nursing…thankfully she didn’t say anything…*giggle

Off to weed my garden… I wish i had more summer…or time to post more.

One Response to “Mary Mary Quite Contrary…..”

Glad to hear things went well in court! As for NIP in a courtroom, I was summonsed for jury duty once and sat through the selection process with DS latched on and ready for a fight! Turns out I went to high school with the Crown attorney! ;) I was excused! :(
