Well it’s been a little while since I wrote in the blog and that’s because things have not been going very well around here lately. It seems to happen around this time every year and I am going to blame it on WINTER!!! I really don’t like winter!

Number one problem? The vehicle. Our van apparently doesn’t like winter either and since the weather has been cold, it has been ‘acting up’. Until it warms up, it stalls when we stop. Then when we try to start it back up, the battery is dead!! Then the other night it started to overheat and when I turned on the heater it blew cold air on me. I’ll never understand automoblies or why the ones I own always seem to have these annoying problems.

Luckily, Christmas doesn’t have me too frantic. The kids went to their Grandma’s last night to help her decorate her tree and tonight we are going to put ours up. Maybe another day this week we’ll go to my parent’s place to help them do their tree.

Tomorrow I am taking the kids to see Santa and get their picture taken on his lap. I am not too sure how either of them will react but I do hope they sit still long enough to get a decent picture.

In other news, my sister had her baby! She was born on December 3rd and weighed about 6 and a half pounds. Baby and Mom are doing great and Auntie Sarah is very proud:) I got to see a few pictures that my Mom took while visiting but I can’t wait to meet her in person and I can’t wait for the kids to meet their little cousin.

I expect to find my battery charger today, so that I can take pictures of my tree and post them on here tomorrow. Until then!
